Q: I bought my card, but when I enter, the page tells me my card number is invalid. What's the deal?
A: Midwest Rodeo Entries receives an updated list of card holders each week from the association office. Depending on when you buy your card, it may take a full week for it to be entered into the Midwest Rodeo Entries database. If it has been more than a week since you bought your card and you still receive the message, please call the entry line at 605-374-7754 to enter and fix the error.
Q: I don't have a card, can I still enter?

Q: I am a member of an association that is co-approved for a rodeo and the page says my card number can't be found. What's the deal?
A: We try to keep updated membership lists from all co-approved associations, but if your card is not recognized you can still enter with a permit. To avoid being charged a permit fee, always carry your card or a reciept for the purchase of your card to rodeos with you.
Q: Can I enter for my traveling partners, too?
A: Yes, to enter multiple people, just click on the "Make another entry" button after each entry. You will need to know card numbers or permit information for everyone you enter. If you enter all of your traveling partners this way, you will be assigned one check-back number for the entire group. According to SDRA rules, only 4 group members in 2 events can be guaranteed to be placed together.

A: Yes, each entrant in a team event must enter. You are asked to list your partners while entering yourself to ensure that the program that is sent to rodeo secretaries is accurate.
Q: How can I be sure my entry was received?
A: The Check-Back system is the surest way to ensure that your entries were successfully submitted. You can use the Check-Back page at any time after you submit your entries; however performance information will not be available until performances have been filled.
Q: Do I need to remember my check-back number?
A: Yes, it is the contestant's responsibility to use the check-back system to determine when they are up. Your check-back number is your only access to that information from the internet. If you do not have your number, you may still find out when you are up by calling Midwest Rodeo Entries at 605-374-7754. Rodeo programs are also posted after call-backs have closed.
